You are entitled a period of 14 days to return the items and receive a full refund under the following circumstances;

• The items are faulty or broken.
• The items have not been opened, used, and unsealed.

Due hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on the following items;

• Toothbrushes
•  Plasters  

You are fully responsible for the postage, this is non-refundable.
